Les noms des copistes apparaissent au verso du f. 197 : J. Le maire, N. de Chelers et P. Buzelin, avec la date de 1584. On toruve également la date du 31 décembre 1584 au verso du f. 210bis
CONTENU
Il s'agit du commentaire sur les Institutions de Justinien par un certain Jan de Ridder, docteur en droit, à qui l'on doit aussi un commentaire des décrétales.
Selon toute vraisemblance, il s'agit là d'un enseignement donné dans une université, peut-être à Leuven.

"Jacobus Le Maire Atrebat. me utitur a° 1587" inscrit à l'encre sur la garde sup.
"Sebastianus de Lannoy Attrebatensis 1587" inscrit à l'encre sur la garde sup. Il s'agit très certainement de Sébastien De Lannoy, prêtre du diocèse de Saint-Omer, licencié en droit, reçu à la prébende de Saint-Sébastien de Notre-Dame de Saint-Omer le 4 novembre 1621 en vertu des lettres de l'évêque, puis a permuté pour une prébende d’Arras.
